  First, I was brought cold wings, not even Luke warm.
  Second, the waitress never asked which little sandwiches my husband wanted, she just brought out random ones. (Can't remember what they were called that he ordered)
  Third, she never wanted to give us refills on our drinks.
  
  I feel like maybe we just had a bad waitress? But either way, horrible service. Food was decent might have been better if it was you know, warm?

  Service is terrible. Took 30 minutes to get just our sodas, never did get our beer. Food was cold and waitress ignored totally. Waitress too busy making excuses for laziness. Worst frickers I have ever been at

  The service totally sucks not sure what waitress  was doing but it wasn't working took almost 15 min to get drinks food was ok noting  special even 4 frickers overall place is clean but basically  no customers  so you would service would be better...prob will not return ....ill hit wingers down the street..

  This is a chain that we don't have back home. It has burgers, steaks, wings, etc. with draught beer and cocktails. I had a bacon cheeseburger. It came with cheddar cheese and barbecue sauce on it. It was pretty good. It could have stood to have had more cheese on it. They also didn't ask me how I wanted it cooked. No worries. Unless it's raw or charred, I'm really not that picky about meat. My long island I had was excellent. Maybe one of the best I have ever had. So many places get the proportions wrong. It's refreshing to get a delicious one. Our server was really good. Good times and good food.

  Very disappointed.  Pulled into the parking lot at around 11:30am and saw empty beer bottles strewn across the parking lot.  I went inside and reported this to the bartender who said she would tell the manager.  When I left an hour later the beer bottles were still there.  This place is trying to rid itself of the bad redneck reputation it used to have and present itself as respectable family establishment.  This does not do it.  I wonder how many laws were broken last night.  Do they allow patrons to take their drinks outside or do they have to bring their own.  Either way it looked like a redneck place.  I was halfway expecting to sawdust on the floor and nailed down table and chairs with a confederate flag hanging from the rafters.  I would never allow a guest at my home to throw an empty beer bottle in my yard, and I do not believe I should be dodging them while looking for a place to park at a so-called family restaurant.
